Peel and cut desired amount of sweet potatoes into long sticks similar to carrot sticks for dipping into hummus.
- 2 large sweet potato
- 1 can chickpeas, drained & rinsed
- 2 tbsp sesame paste (tahini)
- 2 garlic clove, coarsely chopped
- 1 lemon
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender. Cool and chop into large chunks. Combine with the remaining ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
